  We chose Bell brothers to install a new furnace a couple of years ago and they were great then and still are. Each time we have a service person (only for maintenance, no problems have occurred), That person has always been professional and knowledgeable. Kyle was no exception. He got in touch immediately, kept me posted on his arrival time, and went to work right away, after explaining his services. We would recommend Bell Brothers without exception.

  Steffan was great! He went to my rental and communicated very well with both me (remotely) and my tenant. He isolated the issue and explained to my tenant how to avoid it in the future and sent all pertinent info to me. I will definitely request him next time if I have the option.

  Technician Jodi was dispatched for a routine plumbing maintenance appointment and was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained the issues he found and solutions he recommended in a way that was accessible to people not in the industry. He showed me illustrations and photographic examples of the issues people might encounter based on a variety of factors. He made recommendations for next steps and coordinated a senior tech visit for a same-day appointment. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

  Bell Bros had been maintaining and servicing our aged HVAC system since we moved into this house in 2017. This spring (2025) we needed to replace our HVAC unit with a heat pump. We got three quotes, two companies (one was Bell Bros) recommended the GE heat pump. So, like a dummy I picked the cheaper one. That company installed a GE heat pump inverter but used a diff brand air handler. I assumed the unit would be matching as they didn't list anything else on the quote. I demanded they replace the air handler with a matching GE. They refused and insisted what they put in was efficient (it was not, not even close). Unwilling to accept the mismatched system as installed, I called back Raul, the sales rep for Bell Bros. and explained the jam I was in. He was sympathetic and responsive, offered an updated quote to install a Midea matched system even more efficient than the GE. They removed the system the other company refused to and did a quick and clean install of new heat pump. Raul is wonderful, quick to respond to all questions and concerns, skilled at explaining equipment and financial options. The installers were respectful and clean. And we've had different service technicians over the years and have always been happy with their thorough service. I learned a hard lesson and Bell Bros was so supportive. Thank you!
